B-Alanine stands for Beta Alanine and L-Alanine I can't figure what it stands for.

It would be d-alanine.
The two are stereo-isomers, that is, they are mirror images of each other.
The human body can only utilize the l-isomer (with few exceptions).
The d stands for dextro-rotary and the l for levo-rotary, an indication of the direction each isomer rotates polarized light.
