While I'm not familiar with any online tool, you might consider using Excel. It works very nicely for this kind of analysis. Open the spreadsheet, go to works help and click on "create a chart". You will get the following:

Create a chart

1 In a spreadsheet, select (move the plus sign to the cell or field you want, double-click with the mouse, move the insertion point to the beginning of the text, click and hold down the mouse button while you move the insertion point over the text you want, and then release the mouse button) the data entries (values such as text or numbers in cells) you want to use to create the chart.

2 On the Tools menu, click Create New Chart.

3 If it's not already selected, click the Basic Options tab.

4 Click the chart type you want.

5 In the Chart title box, type the title you want to appear on the chart.

6 Select the other chart options you want.

7 To customize the chart type you selected, click the Advanced Options tab.

8 Select the chart options you want.
The options that appear depend on the type of chart you selected.

9 Click OK.

If you are in the United States, you can sign up to be an observer for the National Weather Service. Your local office will come out and set up your free instruments, you just need to input the weather data in the morning. You can view your data online.

Here is another program which lets you do the same thing...also able to get your data online.
