good and can be bad. if you watch it with your spouse may be you can improve your sexual intimacy, try new things and use them as turn ons. but if you do it on your own this can effect your sexual life quite a lot ....... since you spouse may not be any mathc to the performers in porn movies........and you may indulge into masterbation as an option to sex......
