I think first of all to choose to put up a sign that shows a character "flipping you off" if offensive and should incur some repremand/fine or something. Second, to do something that they SHOULD HAVE KNOWN this day and age would cause some sort of problem (it looks questionable, no real purpose). It was IRRESPONSIBLE for a company of their stature to do something like that...promotion my foot. I do not think they have decent enough cartoons already and will definitly BLOCK their channel now on a permanent basis.

ps.. Austin police said they recvd. no notice of the boxes being put up. they would have denied them because of the vulgar "display".

Just another case in the never ending saga of media in the "push the envelope" agenda that they have set in motion AND the continuing support OF such behavior and practices by the general public !!! You haven't seen NOTHING YET !! When there is THIS kind of money involved---there is going to be street war for it -- and it is the money--not the morals that they are interested in---bottom line rules the day !!

All I can say is GET OVER IT! If you don't like it don't watch it. The network TV channels allow them to say anything except the F word and the SH word. I would be more concerned about that. Putting up a sign with something mild like that did its job it got YOUR attention. In the Bible all it says is do not use the Lords name in vain, and do not use words that offend YOU, not someone else. If you say otherwise you studied the Bible and did not read it. LT

Before any of those signs were put in place the police were notified telling them when it was going to happen along with the
time and by who. Does it even matter? They were set up right
under everybody's nose! We don't have to worry about the terrorists, we're getting pretty good at doing it to ourselves!
