Importance of something reflects upon our opinion of how something makes us feel. If we want something that has given us pleasure in the past, we make it our priority to be there. Sometimes importance is about family and needing to be there for them or perhaps importance may mean loss of something if we are not there for it . Such as a job.If we neglect our job then we can no longer travel to the places that we love or see the people whom we love. I believe it all comes down to a source of pleasure that we have opted to feel and what we do to acheive that pleasure once again.

I think what makes things important is how it's all connected, sort of like the butterfly effect but with a positive look on it. by our actions and thoughts we propel things into motion. Thus importance springs.

A belief in a Higher Being. That there is something bigger than us. Having children will completely change your view on what you deem important. seeing the miracle of a baby being born puts all in perspective.

What is important to me may not be important to others, I think importance is something in your own mind, heart, or eyes. If it is important to you, then stand up and let others now that it is important to you.
