I have a demanding job and study at night. I don't have time to watch tv at all, but I like both these shows. Which one is more deserving of the effort to watch it?

Heros is a much better show, House is good but mildy predictable House is always gonna be a jerk, they will make things worse tring to cure the guy and figure a cure 5 minutes from the end of the show.
Heros has so many twists and turns and if you can't all the episodes or the 2 minute catch up spots on NBC you will be lost,
P.S. Heros comes on 2 times a week its on friday nights on SCI-Fi

Well, personally, I like "Heroes" better. However, since you have so little time, I would recomend watching "House" because every episode of "Heroes" is put online for viewing afterwards, so you can watch it at your convenience.

They are on different days so you can watch both and with a recoder you can watch them whenever you feel like it so watch them both.
