I am going to a formal party with my friends. I have long brown hair that reaches about mid-back, blue eyes and frekles. How should I do my makeup and hair? Any links to evening looks would be great. I always choose a best answer!

Oh and I have sidebangs that reach my cheekbone.

Hi..it all depends on your dress.
I would suggest if you are wearing a strapless dress to wear your hair up in either a french twist w/ some curls out the back of it or put the top and sides up and curl the back. Take it off the dress and away from your face.
As for make up. The silver eyeliner suggestion below for under your eyes and then black liqud liner to line the top with a smokey eye shadow would look excellent... Just remember if you go heavy on the eyes go light on the lips... Otherwise it looks like too much makeup.

why don't u straight ur hair, do some natural looking curls on the end. if you have blue eyes, use a silver eyeliner it looks pretty good in blue eyes, some blush on the cheekbones just to give that tanning look. nothing too much cause it's evening. have fun!

as far as the make-up goes I'm not sure but with your hair which sounds gorgeous by the way -- I think that I'd do a half up/half down sort of doo.
A pony at the top of your head like a fountain (like little kids get done so often), but curl it so that it looks like a tiera on the top of your head and make some really loose ringlets in the bottom.

Oh you sound cute the way you are. I would use green eyeshadow to bring out your blue eyes. Use the color makeup that goes with your skin and blush that does too. Have fun at your party.
