That would be the last straw for me. I'd change the cell phone number and when next I saw him I'd tell him he's done and he's gone over the line. I'd break up, I'd not ever take him back. It's only going to get worse. What an insecure loser.

A better question - why is he doing that? and why haven't you dumped him and changed your number...
As for technical stuff - there are ways to tweak the chips in phones, not as difficult as you'd think, just need to get stuff off the internet. I've never done it, but am vaguely familiar with the techniques involved.
You really need to contact your phone provider have them address this... as for you boyfriend - that's creepy stuff... I'd suggest dumping him.

He probably stole or copied your phone's SIM card. The SIM card is a chip in most cell phones that is how the phone identifies itself on GSM networks. If you swap the SIM cards between two phones, you essentially swap their phone numbers.
I'd be less concerned with how he did it, and more concerned with WHY he did it.

dont know. but u need to get ur number changed. if he is doing all this on his phone he could start raking up charges for u....and if he doesnt trust u that much then u need to change bf's too
