If it takes you a month to change strings, you're doing something wrong (that might not even be a guitar you're holding). Grover tuners are really nice, but as far as changing strings, they're pretty standard. Someone might have told you that their locking tuners are easier to manage than other brands', which could be true. Locking tuners tend to make changing strings much more involved. Every guitarist should learn to change their own strings though.
