This is not a racist comment and I don't expect racist answers. I am looking for something more historic about how the races mixed at least in Mexico (Indians, White and Blacks) an the reason why this didn't happen in the US and in Central America (Belize, Honduras, etc.)
Was it because we "welcomed" the Spanish based in old beliefs? was it because there were so much love among all people that they just started to hang out with? if that actually happened, it should be considered a way to follow for this modern era were racism seems to divide people, families, friends, countries...

There are black people in Mexico. In fact, there are people of every race in Mexico. White, Asian, Mestizo. It drives me nuts that so many people in the US think all Mexicans are short and brown.

In Countries like Mexico, when it was conquered in 1519 there were 22 millions of native mexicans, even though after chickenpots, typhoid, and massacres held by spanish were left only 2 million, Spanish and Mexicans started to mix, creating a new race called "mestizo" resulting in a quite variety of phisical characteristics for this new race, who became slowly a race of slaves for the spanish.
At that time Spain was ruling South and Central America too, but in some parts there like in Honduras or Cuba there were few natives, so africans were brought to America (continent) as slaves, so that's why in Cuba there's a lot of black and mulato people. Mulato is the mix (native american, african).
Chile and Argentina are a different story, due distance and the time it took to get there (back then), Southern-South america was difficult to reach. And when finally was populated, it was by european countries as Italy, Spain and France, so there's a big difference in races between Chile Argentina and Mexico, and also Cuba.

It very well happened in Belize, Cuba, Panama, Puerto Rico, and Brazil. During the late 1800s and up until the 20s and 30s Blacks travelled to Mexico to escape slavery (1800s) and to find what they considered a better life in Mexico where they could escape racial prejudice.
Many Africans were brought to Puerto Rico, Brazil, and Cuba as slaves. And as far as I know, Africans travelled to Belize but I don't think they were slaves. Here there is a vast mixture of people who are mixed with African, Native American, Latino (and even British) heritage.

In my opinion, there are only 2 colors on this planet. Black and White. Hispanic people are considered as the red man, Asians are considered as the yellow man, all other nationalities if their mixed with any type of black blood, they are black! Their skin tone might not show it but they're black. Read or look back in the old days when real light skinned people were passing as white. Milato they're called now. If you are not pure 100% white, then you're black. That goes for the Indian, the Hispanic, the Asian, the Italian and so on. Now everyone one is proud of their nationality and where they come from. That's all well and good. But..........if the planet ever has a racial war and this planet gets divided (which we're not to far off from that anyway), do you think the 100% white people are going to allow Hispanics, Asians, Italians, Indians and so forth to fight on their side? NOOOOOO! The KKK, the White Supremest and the Skin Heads only want pure whites in their camp. Therefore, if you're out here trying to pass because you're too ashamed of who you are because you don't want to admit that you're black, cut it out! Let it go! Because eventually, you will be recognized.
