You must be very careful of the vitamins you take. Vitamins, unlike medication, is not regulated by the federal government. Many vitamins, especially those purchased at the grocery store and some health food stores, are not worth the money you pay for them.

I recommend Shaklee vitamins. They have been tested for potency and purity. They have a ton of literature if you want to know how the vitamins are made and what is and isn't in them.

I've been using Shaklee products for nine years and have been extremely pleased.

For me they've made a big difference. I don't get sick, my skin and hair are healthier, I'm no longer anemic and have increased energy.

I take amino acids, dong quai/royal jelly, biotin, at least 1000mg of vitamin C and a women's multi-vitamin every day.
