Well, I liked Katrina, but that sort of has a stigma now...

So my new personal favorite is Katja (Katya/Katia).

It depends what you like. Cute? Kyra or Kylie. Something not so girly? Kendall or Kevyn. Something that's not unique, but it's not as common nowadays? Kathleen (called Kathy, not Katie). Random, but still simple? Kay/Kaye/Kaya.

Really random? I looked on a list and saw Kylynn. I like the sound, but something needs to be done about the letters on paper!

Really, really random? I looked on an Indian list and saw Kathana, Kavana, Kavya, Keta, and Kirana.

Above all? DON'T name her Kayla or Karly. My aunts used those when they thought they were being unique. Now there are baby girl Kaylas and Karlys everywhere! And if you feel the slightest urge to nickname your daughter Kate or Katie, don't do it. Too many of them, too.

I love the name Katrina or any form or spelling. Be original what ever you decide. Katarina, Katreena you get the idea. Do that with whatever name you choose. It's not always the name, it's the spelling of it.

I named my daughter "Katrina Mae", she named her daughters "Kimberly Mae" and ""Kelly Mae". The Mae has been in y family since my great Grandmother and has continued throughout the family. There are about 30 of us that all have the same middle name!

Kimberley, like me :o)
I was named after Rod Stewarts daughter as my parents are big Rod fans. When I think of my name it reminds me of the colour Pink and I think it is very cute.
