No. Depending how high you jumped, once you leave the surface, due to friction of the air and gravity you would begin slowing down, so when you land you would be fractionally further back. the longer you are in the air, the further back.

Think about if there was a plank sticking out from the bus door and you stepped out on to it. If you jumped up, by the time you landed the bus and plank would have moved on.

you might lands in the same spot on the bus but you would be above a different patch of road, so if the bus was moving and you jumped you wouldnt land in the same place on the road.
