I'm trying to create a picture with two animated objects moving on each side. So I'm basically taking 3 pieces and creating one picture/file out of them. The animated objects come from an url that gives out free codes for Myspace.com

ulead makes a good one. i think it is called ulead gif animator 5 that is the one i used.
