My RP 21 D gtr processor displaying "waiting for data" how can I get it in to normal working?

This was working good before and recently some times the the patch sound 'll go very low and automatically got initialised. The patches which I made again got spoiled like this. now there is no patch and the cotrols are not working it displys blank screen or "waiting for data" and there'll be no sound.I did contact digitech but it was'nt helpful.
