Good question. I doubt there's a specific law against it, but I would avoid it just for reasons of karma and bad luck.

In Texas, all new drivers below 18 could finished an approved driving force education path in the past they are able to be approved. The state of Texas helps the parent to instruct the pupil employing approved curriculum and components. young human beings could initiate this equipment at 14, yet would be unable to get a learner’s enable till the age of 15.

I can't imagine the word "drunk" falling on good graces with ANY police officer if you tell them your passenger is drunk.
I wouldn't recommend it unless it was totally necessary. For example, if your friend calls you from a Club and wants you to pick him up because he doesn't want to drive home, etc...

i have no idea, but here in my town it's considered just as bad as if the drunk person was driving.
so i would say honestly, i wouldn't recommend it.
and it could hurt the person trying to get a lic from that permit.

yes, but only if the 15 yr old is the ONLY possible sober driver, and ONLY to that person's residence, from a pub/bar.
