That means that, for one reason or another, your web browser could not get the data it needed to build the picture. This could be due to a bad connection, or a bad file, or any number of reasons.
At any rate, the problem is not likely to be on your end, so there isn't much you can do to fix it. You can try hitting your "refresh" button, or coming back to the website later, but other than that there is nothing.

That is odd, I have a real photo on mine, can you see it? Really hope so. Check on your account or ask Yahoo. They can tell you better than I can.
