Definitely! Reputations lots of times are just rumors. Even if they are true, what one does with another or because of another doesn't mean they will be that way with you. Everyone effects everyone else differently and in different ways.
No one should bring their past with them into a new relationship. It is a new start and things that you have done before that need to stay in that old relationship. People always make the mistake of letting the past hinder their future. Obviously there are things you need to know and be concerned about with a persons past. Just remember no one is perfect and everyone can change!

My Wife dated me and I had a bad reputation when I was younger as being a drunk and fooled around with all the gal,s I could , But I quit drinking and settled down when I seen she really cared for me and we have bee happily married for 28 year,s now.

Kind of. My hubby was know as "A bad boy". He was always the first one to get in to some kind of trouble. But he changed when we started dating and grew out of the bad boy rep. He's the sweetest

yes well it didnt work out cause i thought he was going to cheat on me so i did it first, turns out i was the only girl he hadnt cheated on and had no intention of doing it to me,we went out for a bit after that. but ill tell ya ive never done it since
