For like 3 months I wasn't sleeping well, but now I'm starting to sleep better. What's the best way to get rid of these nasty bags that won't go away?

This may sound silly but using Preparation H will shrink the tissue swelling when used twice a day for about 10 days.I thought it was a stupid idea untill a friend of mine who is a local tv news anchor told me that the makeup artists at the studio use it all the time especially for the morning newscasts because those folks are waking up at around 3 am and have the need to remove the puffyness from their faces.

I had the same problem and really didn't notice tem until I saw myself in Christmas pictures. The key to keeping your skin young and healthy looking is to moisturize it often. Get more rest too. Also, there is this soap I use by Palmer's that seems to work for me. It is called skin toning soap. It's supposed to make your skin tone even. They make blemish cream too and there is a cocoa butter soap for the body. The only negative thing about the complexion soap is that it dried my skin out after a few days and I had to use more moisturizer and instead of using it twice a day, I only use it once.......Hope I helped.
