There have been deluxe editions of all the books so far.
The deluxe editions are bound in cloth rather than printed board and so have no dust jacket. They have gold debossed titles at the top and a JK Rowling printed signature at the bottom beneath an inlaid illustration for the book.
There will be a difference in the price as this is a more expensive version to create.

A"Deluxe" version usually just has a heartier cover and better paper stock. The content should be the same.

I couldn't find anything about a "deluxe" version on the website someone else mentioned, or at Amazon, where I placed my pre-order. sorry...

I don't know what the difference(s) could be, but I'll tell you this: I'm going to need to take July 21 & 22 off of work so I can get this sucker read and recover from it.
