who stays married anymore...
do divorced and remarried with messed up families live longer than other people...

renu, a survey was done on this.. they say when people are joined with a mate.. have less stress and are more happy they have a companion wake up knowing they are loved and confidance is there.. i knew a man who actually died form a borken heart when his spouse died he had no purpose to get up anymore caused him to be weak andstress and had a heart attack.. no pyshical factors.. animals do this too.. so yes we live longer if we are loved nurtured adn taken care of our needs.. not if ur an addict or a nagging codependant or a piece of work not if your in the wrong relationship.. then by all means death comes sooner.. but in general the survey said u live longer if loved and in a good relationship.. makes sense to me.. love is good conflicts are bad .. think of the heart stress thing.. makes sense ...I could die now from not having my army bf near me the stress is bad every day and scary things... hugsss

Many studies have shown that married people live longer. Single men, on the average, die younger than married men.
Hmmm.... thee Bible says that God said it was not good for man to be alone, so He made a helper suitable for him. And in any good marriage, husband and wife are a team!
P.S. In my mind, there is nothing better than being married! (married to my best friend for 28 years, and looking forward to our 50th!)
