No one knows how many pages it will be as of yet. The manuscript is finishished, but after editing the number of pages will probably change. So, it will probably be a while before we know a page count.
However, it will probably be pretty long, since there are many things to tie up.

Yea Harry potter and the deathly hallows....it better have more than 750 pages coz if not im gona be severely disapointed :|
