where can i watch a video online so that i can improve my shooting?

I do not know of an online video, at least not in full length. You can visit Tom Nordland's web site for some good stuff. I do not agree with some of his teaching points on shooting and have had email discussions with him on a few things, such as not pointing the toes to the basket (I think you should point to the basket.)
As a shooting coach myself, I have this very simple bit of shooting advice-LIFT and FREEZE. Lift means to get your elbow above the eyebrow in your follow through and freeze means to hold that there until the ball hits the floor.
