Lots of squats, lunges, and protein. Start without weights and then when that gets easy do them holding light weights and increase the amount of weight you use as time goes on. Just do that every other day.

Damm if u were a black woman u wouldnt be asking this question but its simple a majority of it depends on your genetics cause you can eat as much fatty foods and still they would settle at your booty region but you can try eating lots of chocolate, ice cream anything dairy and while doing this try not to work out to much try putting your self in positions where your body can settle the food nutrients to your booty

some jeans have padded in them and some actually is design to make the butt appear bigger because guys love to look at it.
