Impossible to teach how to speak English via a computer.I can help yo to learn English through reading and writing.The best way to marry an English speaking person.Where are you from?How old are you?Where do you live now?If your in the States go out as often as possible and practice speaking English.Try to watch T.V.in English and start to read childrensEnglish story books.Read out loud and record it.Get an English speaker to listen to it and correct pronounciation

Buy two dictionaries, and eat them page by page :)) and u ll learn depend on that how fast u eat.
Fastest way is to go on fast classes, for 3mounths u can talk.

umm you may want to hire a teacher for that one. the english language is apparently very hard to learn for non-native speakers of it.
