I vary mine...I have a few pairs anywhere from 2 to 4 inches. I'm trying to get used to higher ones, so I tend more toward the 3 1/2 or 4, depending on the outfit of course. Heels are great!!

I always change the height of my heels. I do this according to what I wear. Also, I am short so the really high heels are better for me because I won't have to hem my pants. However, extended use of real high heels is not good for your back. As you get older you will feel the effects of it. I still wear the real high heels, but when I know I will be standing for a long time, I choose the shorter heels or flats.

i vary the heel heights i wear. depending on the event or length of what i was wearing. for floor lengths, i wear 4 in up. but formal events are not gaga over 4 in heels so 2 and a half will be acceptable. but after all these heels and boots i wear, i still favor flats.

i pretty much wear really high heels or no heels at all. once you get used to wearing 4 or 5 inch heels, you just don't want to wear 2 or 3 inch ones. i hardly ever wear flip flops anymore since i started wearing the "stripper heels". they are so unbelieveable comfortable! but most of the time i go for the "old school" spike stiletto heel. i just feel sexy wearing them.

You couldn't possibly wear the same height of heel for every outfit... not every outfit calls for that. Where's the variety? Some outfits call for kitten heels, others for 4" heels... maybe flats... and various in betweens...

My heels are about 2 and a half to 3 inches. It's either those or flat shoes.

I'm either in flats or high (3" and up) heels. Nothing in between. I can strut around in 6 inch stilettos like it's nobody's business, but put me in 1 inch kitten heels and I couldn't walk if my life depended on it.
