I have been made redundant and as I have been there less than 2 years, I am only entitled to notice period and holiday owed? I know notice period is taxable, but is holiday owed?

When you are made redundant from an employer where you have been for less than 2 years ALL you are entitled is the money owed for the hours you have worked since the last pay day. Holiday pay is part of your normal pay. There is NO notice period.

I have been made redundant twice and was told to either take all my belongings with me when I went home that evening or to clear by desk and be off the premises completely in 1 hour.

Very much so, its just your regular pay after all. Think about the last time you went on holiday. You got paid and taxed just like any other month.
