How to start a furnace in the middle of the winter?

The house has been empty since spring wasn't planning on moving back into it thought it was going to be sold but didn't now I want to move back into this house and need to know what to do to get it running again because of the coldness. It has radiant heat and the lines were never drained. Can you give me some advice?

Call a service technician to have a look. The boiler may have frozen as well as the lines in the house.
