I've seen it written "Dubains" and "Dubaites"
-but I don't know if either of those are truly correct
If I were writing an article, I would say "people of Dubai" or "Dubai dwellers" just to be on the safe side.

They are Arabs.It reminds me of 'called' is it pronounced as 'sa/ led or ka/led.
