A couple of days before my wedding my eye started doing that. Don't worry, if its like mine, no one else notices even though you think everyone can tell. I still get that 17 years later whenever I get stressed. It's actully a great barometer for me. Whenever I feel my eye start to twitch, I know its time to step back and take better care of me.

Yes, that happens to me quite a bit. I notice it also when I am not getting enough rest. All you can really do when it is happening is wait it out. I have tried eyedrops, rubbing my eyes, closing my eyes for a few minutes..but the twitch remains......sighs......

I try to rub my eye, because it can get annoying and I will be embarrassed if people notice.

Yes! That is very annoying, I just look at whoever is with me and say,"SEE WHAT YOU DID TO ME!" They always get a kick out of it.
