talk with your doctor and see whats going on, your husband should get checked out too, your doc could prescribe some fertility medication, good luck.

Hello there dear. It is really hard to answer your question with so little information. Much depends on how long you have been trying. Have you been using birth control? if so, how long has it been since you stopped using it? Are you and your husband both healthy?
If you are trying to conceive you should be taking a good prenatal vitamin and make sure that it has sufficient amounts of Folic Acid. This is very important as folic acid plays an important part in the successful development of those significant components that will eventually be things like the heart and the spinal column of your baby. These things are often taking place before you even know you are pregnant. So, proper prenatal vitamins should be part of your routine even before you are pregnant.
If you have been trying for at least a year to conceive, doing the simple things that can help and still have not gotten pregnant, it would be reasonable to see a doctor. I would start with your regular family doctor if you don't yet have an OB/GYN yet and they will refer you to the proper specialist. Maybe your body just needs a little nudge in the right direction.
If you have only been trying for a short while, relax, getting pregnant should be fun! What a lovely goal to be working on.
Take good care of yourself, eat well and get plenty of rest. Good luck!
Love and Blessings

Just go to your doctor (Gynocologist). He/she will advise you - normally there is no cause for concern unless you have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. Your doctor will tell you that both parents need to be tested, starting with some easy tests, then going to some that are pretty embarrassing (having the doctor examine you, take a swab sample, within an hour of having intercourse, for example). It took me almost 2 years, but I did get pregnant and had a wonderful son. My son is now a daddy! My second pregnancy took no time at all. During the 2 years, it was discouraging, depressing, all that - but, it was worth it in the end. Good luck!

The best way to go is to see a doctor. He can determine whether you're sterile or not, or give you the best times to get pregnant. I wish you luck!
