Accupuncture is tooooo good as a pain reliever. Nothing else. They claim many things but, accept with a pinch of salt. I have undergone this treatment several times and it is too good pain reliever.

I ditto the previous answer. You know, if you google the history of acupuncture, I'm sure you will get an idea why it's been swepped under the rug since the AMA formed. It's truly a cheap way to get the immune system to kick in on its own.

Treating it is good at but in terms of curing pain (hopefully) - 75% success rate-- The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies contains information to help you help yourself by working on your muscles. If you use acupuncture, acupressure, massage therapist, physical therapist, chiropractor or Md they can all benefit from this information as well.

acupuncture may not be constant and ever lasting treatment it provides u with relief and is also approved but when you will stop doing it problem will gradually return i can tell u about my answer in detail acupuncture is pressing the points linked with specific nerve this will provide pressure in pariculare nerve and remove its blockage and disease will be cured but gradually it will return as it will again gain the blockage
so my suggestion is you can take this treatment and unblock all disease causing blockages an then take help of Ayurveda to rejuvenate the loss and maintain it constantly
