Don't skip practice due to sore or stiff muscles - practice will actaully help reduce the feelings you are having. The soreness is part of your muscles being "broken down and built up" It's all part of training. If you skip a practice every time you feel a bit sore you'll have a difficult time seeing the results of the workouts in your overall preformance.

Thus GO TO PRACTICE!

Suck it up and swim. Unless if you need to see a doctor for the pain, you not going to practice will hurt you a lot. Isn't it also nearing the end of the competitive season? You can't miss.

ya i know an exercise you can do, don't skip swim practice because you're sore. i suspect you do dry land to get more muscle build up strength and get more endurance so don't miss swim p[practice because your sore. that is a stupid reason to miss swim practice.
