I have served as a process team facilitator. In process improvement, the goal is to improve the process and remove personal issues that may cloud the problem. This process involved the proper documentation of new asset purchases.
I once had a female employee that did not confirm to our firms dress code. I gave her a verbal, written and final written warning before termination. There are locations where one can bare more flesh such as a beach. A lot of flesh seen on the job is unprofessional. I guess that depends on the job as well.
