Yes of course he is. He is old now but still with Olive Oyl and still at sea. I think he puts his long life down to a can or two of Spinach a day!

Yes he is, he lives in Malta in popeye villiage I saw him there last year with my girls.
Its where they made the film and Malta folk only agreed if they left the film set there.
