It could be that you have breast tissue, some men grow breasts - you can have it surgically removed but the chances are it would return, if that's the case.
Alternatively, you may be too fat for your skeletal frame, hopefully this is the case coz with exercise you can work them off.

Did your doctor tell you, that's what you needed. I have heard of a condition that makes a normal sized a man grow breasts. And no it's not being overweight. But if you want to you could them removed, I'm sure your doctor has told you that. But if you want to accept them then wear a bra or undershirt.

I didn't even know there was such a thing as a 40C. If your rack is that big, then you have some serious health issues. Get some liposuction done and get on a diet plan. Better yet, look into that gastro bypass surgery. You can get it done super cheap in most Mexican border cities.

It's a rare medical condition. The only treatment is getting brest reduction surgery.

There is a particular condition that causes that, it's called gynecomastia. I would see my doctor and see what they say.
