We have point, line, triangle, square, pentagon etc. if the number of sides go on increasing what will be the final polygon with infinite sides called?

A polygon with infinite sides geometrically means that each part of the entire polygon is curved. Its shape could be anything from a blob to an ellipse.

But if this polygon is a regular polygon (i.e. with equal sides), it will be a circle.

Yeah, its a circle.

Nothing more really to add, if the sides of the polygon are infinate, they are infinitely small, which means they dont really exist as a side, but still form a shape.

And since the shapes you listed are all regular shapes with uniform side lengths and angles, its a circle.

Otherwise you could also be looking at an oval.
