first, empty your mind... concentrate with the things at hand... like the massage... feel your muscles... feel your body moving with the one massaging you... feel the moment...
like a warm bath... feel the water... feel the water relaxing your muscles... feel the bath closing in on you and nurturing you... feel it and concentrate on it...
concentrate with your mind and relax with your body... that's how you will feel it...

I know spas and treatments supposed to make us feel better, but it's only true if you totally let go.
You really need to do something you enjoy..And when you that you need to shut off my brain. Good luck!
