Bake some brownies whit a lot of X Lax in them! that will keep your driver ed teacher too busy to mess with you and you will have a substitute teacher that will pass you before the other teacher comes back to work! (This worked for me in school)

See link below for a list of approved driver's ed providers. See if there is one that would be affordable for her. If her Dad won't pay, can you loan her the money? Have her write a note promising to repay you when she has a job.

Just tell him that with air bags in the car hand over hand is dangerous. If the bag goes off you could break an arm. Best hand position while driving is now 9:00 & 3:00 positions. Good luck.

Yes you need to learn hand over hand if you want to pass the drivers Ed class. If you want to get your license you need to do practice hand over hand. Once you learn it is easy to do it.

unfortunatley- this is all part of life. If you don't learn it, you will not pass your drivers exam. Driving with one hand (or turning with one hand) is unacceptable when you do your drivers test- so your just gonna have to buck up and do it! I have faith in you. Good Luck!
