An ill_minded person can only be changed if that person chooses to change. Setting goals for ones self is one way to start. first you must be aware of where you are at in life, in order to make any changes in your personal behavior. If you know that somethings got to change, and know where you want to be in the future you need to decide on what its going to take in order for you get there. i.e. Collage, Military, or just moving out of the environment that forces one to be so ill_minded. It is only by ones own free will that they are able to better themselves.

Ill minded person can be changed to large extent by yoga and meditation ( i.e the process of purity of body, mind ,control over prana & awareness of self being)
