i really want to become an actress, i live in a small town in iowa, and i mean, really small twn, and i want to make our town be noticed a little bit.

Call the YWCA or YMCA and ask if they teach acting lessons, or, can recommend a teacher in your town.
You have to wait until you are old enough to move to a city where there are auditions you can attend.
Do NOT look online for audition information. It is NOT legitimate, and they will probably want to charge money for the information.
Call or go to the Community Theatre in your city and ask if you be a volunteer at the theater. You will be involved with theatre and can probably audition if a role is right for you.
