Get both yourself and your partner checked out by the docs - there are many reasons that can prevent pregnancy from occuring, some cureable, some not. My sis tried for 2 years b4 getting tested - now she knows she can't have any kids, and is now well on her way to adopting.

First of all you gotta know when you're ovulating, once you got that information go to this website www.liberator.com. You will find all kinds of pillows for better positions. Or just grab one of your pillows you have at home. Get on the missionary possition, and put it under your butt. Once he's done make sure you stay laying there for at least 15 minutes. Don't try to get up cuz the sperm will come out. This is the more natural and enjoyable way to get pregnant. You will also have a much better orgasm. I've never used any birth control stuff, but I never got pregnant. The first time I tried this, I got pregnant. You'll love it. Good Luck!!! ;-)

That is long enough to try without seeking medical help. What age you are may be relevant also if you have had earlier pregnancies of not. It is also helpful to know if your partner has already fathered children. A previous pregnancy and a partner who has already fathered a child are good hints that nothing much may be wrong. It is also important to confirm that you are having regular unprotected intercourse at the most appropriate time in your cycle.
First 2 tests your GP would arrange are simple and non-invasive. A day 21 progesterone for you- this is a blood test that checks you are ovulating. Also a sperm count for your partner. If these 2 tests are normal any further investigation needs to be done by a hospital.

Have you tried charting your cycles? This will give you a good idea of what your body is doing and why you haven't become pregnant yet. It takes at least 3 cycles of charting to get a good idea of what is normal for your body. Once you understand your body and charting you'll be able to time sex for the optimal time for conception as well as see if there are any problems. If there are problems, some can easily be treated with herbs, vitamins, or proper food. Other times, you may need to see you Gynecologist and go from there. FYI: I've been charting for 9 years and have 3 kids... charting really does help!

You will have probably tried all sorts of things like taking your temperature to know when you are due for ovulating, trying a pillow underneath to raise your vagina up,relaxing and being romantic and forgetting about becoming pregnant. The only thing left is for the both of you to go to the Dr's to be tested on the fertility of you both then when you have the results the Dr can then advise on the next step. Good Luck

hi saw this on the Internet ...dont know if it works but try it anyway put a pinch of cinnamon powder with 1/2 a tsp of honey then apply it to your gums frequently throughout the day so it mixes with the saliva.Apparently a couple had been trying for 14 years and finally they both tried this and 3 months later the wife was pregnant....with twins..believe it or not .but you have nothing to lose and no meds involved.
best of luck.

on the 1st day of your period count to day 11 have sex from day 11-15 when you should be ovulating, people eggs are releast at diffrent times are only live for 24 hours.
also try putting your legs in the air after you have had sex, its sounds silly but i heard lots of stories about this working s its worth a try
i also found this part on google search
Here's another common question from couples trying to conceive: How often should we have sex? In short, the answer is often.
A lot of couples trying to conceive spend a lot of energy timing sex, with mathematical precision, to the woman's ovulation. Theoretically, the approach makes sense. Recent studies have shown the window of opportunity for a sperm to fertilize an egg is pretty small: essentially, it's only the four to five days leading up to ovulation and the day of ovulation itself. Your best chances are on the day before and the day of ovulation. After that, your odds of conceiving during that cycle drop down to about zero. So the key would seem to be to have sex frequently in that five- to six-day window.
But while timing your lovemaking exclusively to those few days makes logical sense, it has some drawbacks -- primarily because your body doesn't always behave with clockwork regularity. Even if your cycle is regular, ovulation can occur at any time during the cycle. If you're having sex on the day you think you're ovulating, and you're off by a few days, you may be out of luck.
So the expert advice is to hedge your bets: have sex at least 2 to 3 times every week. And if you've got the stamina, why stop there? Studies have shown that as long as your partner has a normal sperm count, having sex every day of the month further increases your chances.

I think after two years, you should both consult the doctor so that they can see if there is a medical reason that you're finding it so difficult. The sooner you do this, the sooner you'll know and be able to get something done about it.
Good luck!

First and formost as any doctor or gynae would advise is for you to ensure that you have 'peace of mind'. Next you and your partner can check yourselves.....try and understand your body clock (thats when you are most fertile). If you hav tried all this and you have got cash to spare...you can opt for in vitro fertilization.....please just ensure you dont get stressed about it and before you know it....U'l hear the sound of tiny feet around your house.....Goodluck!!!
