I hate my boss who keeps interrupting my job all the time.
My hubby advised me not to bother him as he is not the one who can fire me no matter what he may interfere with my work.
It does not mean that I am discriminating boss. I am good natured person.

Tell him you need to concentrate on your job and ask him if he will let you get this stuff done.

Your boss probably cannot understand a sentence that comes out of your mouth. You want to tackle WITH him? So you and your boss, you get together, and go out and tackle people as a team, that's good. Tackle heem!

Honestly, this is verging on a harrassment case. If he is interfering with your ability to do work, and disrupting the work atmosphere then they should be reported.
