Yes we can.
I do not say that they are wholly true but astrology affects our lives.
According to hindu religion,the stars influence the date and time of birth and this influences our personalities and how the shape of our futures are suppossed to be.
The stars at time of birth or during our life are influenced by our past deeds in other lives.
However, if you do good deeds in this life and certain rituals, the negative effects of the stars on you becomes lesser.

You may read astrology and horoscope, but don't take it really serious. They said that if you believe them you are stupid, if you don't you will regret it. So, I read but don't take it to serious.
