Does anyone know why green grapes have been suggested? (See below)

The complicated answer would be: Milk provides Calcium and Vitamin D, both of which are needed to fill the matrix of collagen that laces the inside of dense bone. Most people do not consume nearly the RDA amount of calcium, but vitamin D is also made by the skin from sun exposure. The short answer would be: Milk does a body good.
