You couldn't do it without being called "illegal". Anyway I think it's not illegal to suggest right? HAha..
And just for your information, such web sites are VERY rare and rarely functional, usually it's just filled with spywares and do you nothing.
I suggest P2P sharing such as LimeWire, BitTorrent. Try looking for them in Yahoo.

You can definitely do that with iTunes. Limewire is also great for free downloading. Hope this is what you were talking about.
