Normally, all the car must has a sicker respectively, and at least two sticker given for each condominium. I just rent a room there, unfortunately the other roommate take two sticker together, so i have no sticker and disallow parking inside for sometimes. By the short times i can't find my new room, also my have to park beside the main road, anytime could be fine from police traffic.

Definitely talk to your roommate. If u are helping out w/ part of the rent than it's only fair that you should also get a parking sticker. Let him know in a friendly manner that you're worried about getting a parking ticket since u have to park by the main road (since u don't have a parking sticker) and that since he has 2 maybe he can give u one.

If you pay rent, you have the right to a parking permit. Speak to the land agent or landlord. Cant your room mate be fair about it??

approach the owner about a sticker, I'm sure theirs someone only using one and you may get to buy the extra. good luck i faced that in philly
