I would say you can't.
You could try a super glue dissolver but it will ruin the screen as well.

My advise leave it be and buy a new monitor. Scraping it off will drag 1/2 of the screen with it.

Sorry to tell you this but Superglue has ingredients in it that melt or dissolve part of the surface material on your monitor. I'm afraid you can't remove it since it has already marred the surface.

maybe you could try a razor blade carefully - Superglue tends to be brittle - be careful not to scratch the screen
