I'm just wondering if this was a virus or worse and I have now deleted the user account.
I had noticed my pc was action strange prior to me removing this user account.
Can someone please explain what had happened to my pc as I have pictures of my children on my pc and am worried they msy of been taken ? Also if any damage could of been done to my pc.
Thankyou

This is an account set up by the new .NET component of windows it is not a virus and is safe.

However it normally doesn't display in the logon window check its settings using user accounts in control panel

You should not have deleted it as .Net will probably not work correctly if you have problems then you should download and install .NET 1.1 from microsoft as many new programs will not run unless this is installed.

Some programs check for this and install it themselves

Dont panic , if you are sure it was asp, it is an add on from microsoft to assist in loading certian web pages.
If you are unsure then spybot or similar.

Good luck

Maybe you need an antivirus. AVG works. Try. Make a full scan and determine it.
