would like to know if any pvt bus services run between Bandra & Vashi in Mumbai for regular commuting. This is other than BEST buses.

Other than BEST you have ST buses which go via Kalanagar.
You also have buses going to Andheri which you can take advantage off. You need to talk to those people who stand out in main road catching private buses or wait in the evening in the main road and talk to those pvt buses and simply ask them.
